Request to implement "Shift+F3" for a "Find previous"
function, like for example in Crimson Editor (free
Textpad clone), in Matlab editor or in the built-in
text viewer of Total Commander (and probably many more
).

Today in Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2 it is only possible to press
Ctrl+F and click the backwards-radio button to change
search direction, and do this again to change search
direction back again.
But this is extremely annoying if you quickly want to
step through the file back and forth searching for a
certain text.

Note that "Shift+F3" shortcut is yet unassigned in Dev-
C++, so why not just implementing it as proposed!
