#420 Unicode capabilities

Hi
Thanks a lot for the great tool. I really enjoyed
DevCpp from the minute I faced it.
The feature I want to request is to add unicode
capabilities to the IDE. It is hard to develop unicode
programs with almost every IDE (specially Borland C++
Builder) and that is an area in which DevCpp can get a
leader.

I would find an option to easily enable Unicode
compilation very useful too.
