#122 window size on multimonitor

please either remove the window size limiters,. or get
them working on multimonitor workstations.

im using dev-cpp 4.9.7.0 and 4.9.7.4 on a win2ksrv
machine with 2x 1024x768 monitors in a landscape
setting (2048x768), but i cannot size Dev-cpp's window
to more than 1024 pixels wide, although any other
program has no trouble going as wide as full 2048
pixels. i therefore guess there is some window size limit
inside dev-cpp itself.

I have the same problem.
I can reset the size of my #1 monitor, resize Dev-C++ on #2
to the new height limit, then reset monitor #1 back. That
still doesn't give me a full screen, although it's better and
shows that the hieght limit is artificial.
