When I open Dev-C + +, I can use it without any problems but when trying to compile a second time without closing Dev, gives me the following error in the picture attached:
1) Dev-C++ is not under active development, so posting to the bug-tracker is unlikely to solve your problem. Use the user forum to get help instead.
2) Don't post a picture of some text when it is easier for everyone (including yourself) to simply copy and paste it.
3) Use the text from the "Compile Log" tab rather than the "Compiler" tab. It is unfiltered, provides more contextual information, and is plain text so easier to copy & paste.
4) Search the forum before shouting "bug"; the most common cause of your problem is that the executable you are trying to rebuild is still running. Check the Task Manager process list to see if you have a zombie process that has not terminated. This can happen if your program has crashed.
