This patch adds the following improvements to the gtk frontend (based on 0.9.8)
- Fullscreen mode
- Start emulation automatically after loading (like on windows)
- Use black borders instead of default grey ones
- Add a few hotkeys

    Actually since the gtk frontend hasn't changed in the past months, this is also valid against SVN

     
  • Applied everything but the black borders hunk because it look crap here with light window decorations (hint: the color should be the one of your theme). Regarding the fullscreen i don't like that pressing the space does not work anymore for pausing the screen, also i think we should exit from fullscreen when "esc" is press too. Feel free to provide an additional patch. Thanks for your contribution!

    How does it look on your system?

    Regarding the pausing issue, I see that the intended shortcut actually should be <ctrl>p, space seemed to work by accident since it was not specified anywhere...
