DCMMS 1.0.3 Released

DCMMS is a web-based GIS application to record
and analyze maintenance activities in water supply
networks. This release is a bug fix release that fixes problems
when updating from DCMMS version 1.0.1. In
addition, it provides updated French translations
and additional documentation on the update process.
