After many months, DCL 0.9.4 has been released. This is a major release for many reasons. See the release notes and ChangeLog for more information. Double Choco Latte is a project to create a solution for managing some IT departments including software development and call center activity. It has a web interface and will also have a stand-alone Java client.
I've imported the sources into CVS under the dcl_vss module and released a package of the source as 0.1. The addin allows clients to log to the ChangeLog in DCL using the standard VSS Explorer. ChangeLogs are accessible from a project or work order detail via the drop down (assuming SCCS support has been enabled).
After a couple of months of development, 0.9.3 has been released. This release contains new templates, a built-in wiki, and lots of other goodies. Check out the release notes and change log for more info!

I finally have the code loaded into CVS along with some changes. The version loaded is now 20000401cvs. You should be able to do the following to get it:
cvs -d:pserver:email@example.com:/cvsroot/dcl login
cvs -d:pserver:firstname.lastname@example.org:/cvsroot/dcl co dcl
to get the code.
Got the site up. Didn't spend a lot of time tweaking it, just did some global search and replace for netpedia to sourceforge :).
