#110 One step resolution and reassign

At our workplace whenever a ticket is reassigned, the
person reassigning always add a new status/resolution
explaining the assignment. However this two step
process is very annoying.

Could there be an option added to the configuration for
allowing tickets to be reassigned from the Add
Resolution screen to streamline this process?

    Sure - I did this for work orders, so it should be doable
    for tickets, too!
