#136 "Home" link in static user interface hid

The "home" link (what used to be "mydcl") doesn't have
enough to make it look different from the rest of the
section headers (that aren't links) or from the "work
orders" section header.

This results in the user having to float their mouse
all over the screen while they look for changes in the
pointer.

    I only see this behavior when I have javascript enabled in
    my browser, but choose the static interface. If I disable
    javascript in my interface, then the link is quite obvious.
