#2 Output of "parameter" element doesn't wrap/gets truncated

Please see the attached PDF file. It is the release
notes for the DocBook XSL stylesheets distro from the
DocBook Project. It contains a great many instances of
the DocBook <parameter> element. If one such instance
happens to occur near the end of a line in PDF output
from dblatex, it does not get correctly wrapped to the
next line, but instead ends up getting truncated at the
end of the line.

For example, see page 5 of the attached PDF, and
subsequent pages.

I will also attach the DocBook XML source file from
which the PDF was generated.

Tested with 0.1.6 and seeing same bug still.
