davfs is working great for me. Very nice software. One
thing I think would be nice, though, is if you could
specify an option to always "mount", even if the WebDAV
server is down at the time. I'm using WebDAV (and
davfs2) to share files between computers and on
occassion, one of the computers isn't powered on and
the mount during bootup on the other machine fails.
It'd be nice if it still "mounted" it but threw
Input/Output errors until the other machine is online
like it currently does if a WebDAV server isn't
reachable after a successful mount. Naturally, I can
just mount it myself if it couldn't mount originally
but I have other people using these computers and
needing to access remote files who have no idea how to
mount stuff (or what that even means). Thanks again
