I am not sure about that line number thing, I get them just fine.
What I *am* sure about is that my version of dasm writes the error to
*one* place instead of two. So it EITHER comes out in the shell
(stdout for 2.20.11, stderr for 2.20.12) OR in the listing file.
Older dasm versions wrote the error message to both places which
seemed wrong to me when I put 2.20.11 together. However, if that's
what most people need, errors in two places, I'll add another switch
