#21 Windowed mode

I would like to request a windowed mode be added.

The reason is that, for me, it is unplayable in fullscreen mode; because I have two monitors, when it fullscreens, instead of taking only one screen, it takes both, but only half of each, and blacks out the rest.

This is annoying, as the reason for the second screen is that I can keep an eye on things at the same time.

However, because of the way it's split between the two screens, it is also unplayable.
