#60 user containing # not working correctly

Hi,

if we create a user containing a # for example test#test@test its not posible to disable or edit this user it looks that the username will get cuted at the #

any idea how we can fix this ?

    I guess that could be a problem.
    I don't have much time at the moment to check that, but it sounds like an easy fix in the relevant PHP code files which manage users (new and edit actions).

    Please share a patch with the rest of us if you get this one fixed.

    thanks for your fast respond. Yes, I thought it will be not a big deal for a coder, but i´m a system admin and not a coder....... I owe you a beer (or two) if you can take a look at this ;-)
