#27 specversion error
On the previous Pipieline I'm getting a specversion error wen validationg filesets Below is the head of the file that generates these. The smae file hangs the current Pipeline at the fileset creation stage, I already filed a bug on this. The file itself validates

If you open up the OPF file, do you see two references to <dc:Format> in the <dc-metadata> section?

Hi guys,
I have the same issue, and yes - my OPF contains 2 consecutive references to dc:Format.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
