It has been a while, but anyhow, the Database Fishing Tool, DaFT, has a new release. It's a minor release version, but some major bugs have been solved.

Database Fishing Tool 1.4.0 for Windows released

DaFT 1.4.0 has been released for Windows, installer included.

This is a major release, in which the following new features are included:
Tables and views tree view
Colums and index tree views
Include the database table or view owner
SQL Editor margin and statement indicator
* Use of the Tile library version 0.7.2

Database Fishing Tool 1.3.2 Released

DaFT 1.3.2 has been released for Windows, installer included, and for Suse 9.2 and Fedora Core 3, both in rpm format.
The Linux versions require unixODBC 2.2.11-1.
This release features a new function to change the database, automatically reloads the database objects list, without having to open a new ODBC datasource. However, not all databases support this, so it is configurable per ODBC driver type.

Database Fishing Tool 1.1.1 Linux RPM released

DaFT 1.1.1 is a minor modifacation of the initial 1.0 relase. The main difference is that when run under Linux it supports the Linux directory structure with regard to the users settings, binary and library locations. In addition to that a rpm relase is added.

DaFT_1.1.0 is a major update on the initial version 1.0. New functionality that has been added are a data filter, easy select statement creation utility, (encrypted) connection log in parameters storage, new help file system, enhanced function for for comparing data sets between two connections and copying of data, and some GUI enhancements.

Database Fishing Tool 1.0.2 Released

DaFT_1.0.2 is has a few enhancements over initial version 1.0. The main enhancement is a smoother reconnect behaviour, adaptable by the setup options.
