httpd:Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name,using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
I don't know whether this is a problem?
If you are able to connect to the server, then this probably is not important as far as trying DACS goes and you do not have to worry about it.
To stop the warning, you might start by looking at Apache's ServerName directive: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#servername
