#56 Card Template Field: Credit

When printing out the mass created cards we need to have the credit value displayed on each card. I suggest a <\crdCredit> tag. It would also be nice if the card template contained an HTML comment with instructions.

    I have added the following possible card template tags:
    </crdCredit>, </crdPrice> and </crdLabel>.
    And the default templates now have the following comment:
    <!-- Cybera mass card creation template
    This template is used to generate card plates that can then be printed and sold to customers.
    The following fields can be inserted anywhere and will be replaced by the respective content:
    The card ID number,
    the initial time cerdit: </crdCredit>,
    the card price: </crdPrice>,
