This patch will allow gathering of userstats. It will
collect information on the number of lines modified by
each developer. I decided to gather stats on number of
lines modified for a productivity metric, rather than lines
added, although it would be a simple change in the
future to switch. It will output a semi-colon delimmited
file which can be used for graphing or plotting however
you like. I did not add support for gnuplot.

This is my first patch, so bear with me :)

    Hi Jacob,

Sorry for there being no response in ages, I have been very
busy. I am just about to release cvsplot 1.6.2, with a
couple of minor bug fixes. I will look at incorporating
your patch into 1.7, along with stats how many commits each
file had. I'm keen to link into Perl's Chart module, so
that along with plots, we can use bar graphs, which gnuplot
    is not capable of.

The basis of this patch has been incorporated and extended
into cvsplot 1.7.0. The -countchangedlines option provides
for the counting style as you have indicated.
