When I try to remove permissions to a user who don't
have permisions a directory, the error message seems to
show directory name instead of user name.

$ cvs racl test:-a -r HEAD -d squirrel
cvs racl: squirrel user is not given any permissions to
remove/add

Simply a cosmetic issue

    it is not a bug, actually i want it to display directory/file name
    which user does not have any permissions to remove/add.
    It is needed on recursive operations, when command cannot
    be applied to some directories.
    May be message should look like: "cvs racl: squirrel; test user
    is not given any permissions to remove/add" ?
