Hello,

This is an ugly hack which allowed me to:

1) Merge support for a cookiejar by Quantcast Corporation to the current revision (r10)
2) Compile against today's qt-5.9999 ebuilds on gentoo (live branch 'dev' of git://gitorious.org/qt/qtbase, currently at 5.3.0-pre)

Unfortunately PDF output (which is what I want) does not work for me. No error is generated, but no .pdf file is generated either. PNG output tested and working. I haven't tested cookie functionality at all though...

I am not sure if this is because of my hacks (i.e. I broke something) or a problem with upstream qt (if that is the case, then maybe qtprintsupport is to blame if you're on gentoo).
