CS::SkipList 1.3 is out!

This is a service pack for the C++ CS:SkipList library that contains over 20 general purpose containers. Two major fixes are made.

1. Composite SkipLists will now compile properly for all methods. Some methods didn't work or didn't compile. Standard containers were not affected.

2. A SERIOUS memory leak was happening with custom objects stored in all containers. While the object itself was deleted, the object's destructor was not being called. So if there were dynamic memory or cleanup that needed to be done, that memory or resources would not be properly deallocated by the destructor since it was not being invoked. That is now fixed. For example, shared pointers would not properly deallocate its pointer, but will now work with this fix.... read more
