Loading on Windows a CSS file show garbled characters
on screen. If you select Documen->Force
encoding->Default everything returns normal.
This problem was not in 0.3.0
Attached one example file that opens correctly in 0.3.0
and not in 0.4.0

I'm Mario Valle mvalle@cscs.ch and the platform is WinXP.

Could you please load the file on cssed, click the document
info button on the toobar and post here the detected encoding ?

    Sorry for the delay.
The info button on the toobar says:
    Encoding: UTF-8

    (from mvalle@cscs.ch)

    Reopening this bug.

I'm sorry about this sf-robot stuff.
I did not set it up.

I will disable this robot as soon as I know how to do it.

Finally, I was able to reproduce it in a XP installation of
a friend of mine, but I was a font issue.

Just changing the font, the issue solved.

Could you test if changing the font, the characters are
    visible ?

    > but I was a font issue.

Sorry for the typo. I meant "but It was a font issue".

This problem is related to some XP fonts and it's fixed in
    current cssed.

Please reopen this tracker if you see the same error with
    recent versions of cssed.
