I've recieved a number of emails regarding the progress of neuWorld. I'm taking an important exam this year, so development will only continue at late november 2003 or maybe 2004.
We've moved to http://sf.net/projects/neuworld to advoid confusion (Emphasis on neuworld, not cservices)
Services would be tested in /server cyberway.yi.org . Find tonberry for support
Please test out EUWorld-RH-7.2 fix, I don't have the boxes and time to do so. Test it on other machines
I've managed to fix the EUWorld code so that it could compile on red hat linux 7.2. Its under CVS directory euworld-rh7.2 and I need someone to run it and see if its stable.
We need a machine with a fast internet connection, fast cpu (at least 550 mhz) and enough memory. If you have these and you would like to help donate and account, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org
I've decided to keep the original EUWorld as it is, only with the debugging removed.
EUWorld2 will be the release with bug fixes and some changes.
* do the kick command in EUWorld. Fix the help syntax errors.
Ok, I've found some trouble with compiling EUWorld on some boxes (Freebsd, RH Linux 7.2). So I've released a linux-binary-i386. You may request for other linux platform archs by voicing it out in the forum. anyway, ill try to fix the compile problem.
Ok some source uploaded into CVS. I also plan to get euworld fixed and to be able to compile properly (cant even compile!). No licence for csworld c++ yet..
I'll give up on the idea of C. Why don't we have C++ instead :). Development will start once I finish reading my 2 c++ books.
