Hi,

Here is my problem. Whenever a C source file has the following statement : extern "C" {, then the cscope parsing is 'incomplete', that is 'd' and 'c' commands do not work, only the 's' command may be used to browse the code (which is painful). However, if I remove the previous statement (or even only the open and closing brace of the statement), then everything works like a charm.
Is there a way to get rid of that? Except removing all the global braces of the source files of the project, which is actually not possible :)

Thank you very much for your help,

Florian

If the global braces are present, the problem shows up. Else, code browsing is OK

  • Cscope is not, nor does it intend to be, C++ scope.
