Cream with Latex-Suite

Hi,

sorry for asking (maybe) stupid questions...
I'm pretty new to gvim with cream and I got here whilst looking for the
perfect solution for Latex. I'm working with Windows. 
gVim and the related latex-suite worked well for me, now I discovered
cream but I don't know how to fit them together.
Cream tells me: "Taglist: Exuberant ctags not found in PATH. Plugin not
loaded" and won't load the latex-suite (although I put it in the
relevant _vimrc file.
Now, I have "C:\Programme\vim\vim63\cream\" declared in my PATH, I also
have a HOME variable ("C:\home").
Am I missing something?
