I'm a new user to cream+vim. How do I remap or disable the function
associated with 'shift-space'? It is annoying to see the HTML/CSS tag list
dialog pop up every time I don't release the shift key while trying to
use the space bar.

I expected Steve to answer but it appears he's involved in other tasks at
the moment. I agree that the shift-space key is annoying for my,
admittedly bad, typing habits. I'd suggest you either improve your
skills or use the cream-users.vim file in the cream/ subdirectory to
unmap the shift-space key. A command such as `umap <S-Space>` should do
the job. Alternatively, you could comment out the line in the
cream-keys.vim which sets the mapping (it's around line 362).
Hope that helps,
