#1 added support for configuration file

This patch adds support for optional configuration file
by using module Getopt::ArgvFile.

Also fixed one typo.

very cool Toni ! the patch even came with POD. I'm
impressed. the functionality will be included in release 2.022
with the exception that using the module will be optional.
