#114 fullscreen across extended desktop
I often connect to linux work stations with an extended desktop (two
1920x1200 monitors). I want cotvnc to fullscreen across both monitors
but it snaps to the one with the menu bar. I'd like to have the vncserver
on linux set to 3840x1200 and have cotvnc fullscreen across both.
