With tons of new stuff since the 2.0b2 release. Check it out!
2.0b2 fixes all of the known issues that were in 2.0b1. It also revamps the Profile Management and Preferences windows so that they're simpler to use and more Macintosh-like. 2.0b2 also includes integrated HTML documentation.
Highly recommended upgrade from 2.0b1!
Unfortunately, some serious bugs have slipped into Chicken 2.0b1. I don't recommend upgrading to it unless you're very adventurous.
The issues are present both for users who have never before used a version of Chicken, and who are upgrading from 1.3.6.
For more info, take a look at the bugs that have been posted since 8/18/04.
Sorry to getcha all riled up!

Fixes the memory leak in version 1.3.5, so Chicken is lean & mean again. Also includes speed optimizations, customizeable CPU throttling for the frontmost and other connections, a manual Refresh command, and Tight encoding finally works reliably!
Fixed a big memory leak, excessive CPU usage, and lots of other small things. Also, there's another nice speed increase when running under Jaguar.
Chicken of the VNC is a VNC client for Mac OS X. A VNC client allows one to display and interact with a remote computer screen. In other words, you can use Chicken of the VNC to interact with a remote computer as though it's right next to you. This release contains enhancements, including new encoding support, support for wheel mice, and performance improvements.
Expect a new release soon!
Grab it while it's hot! Restores support for pre-Jaguar machines, adds native support for three-button mice, and adds the ability to specify a connection port, among other goodies.
Chicken 1.3 only works on Jaguar (keyboard input doesn't work on earlier operating systems). This will be fixed ASAP.
Adds a full-screen, auto-scrolling mode and automatic keymapping. Jaguar only.
