Summary: running applescript crashes everthing

Initial Comment:
running applescript in ScriptDebugger4 while CoVNC is connected to a remote server crashes all open programs. Currenly using CoVNC on a G5 Mac running 10.4.8 to connect to a G4 Mac running 10.3.9.
The script that was running was only addressing the finder and InDesign.
This crash has only happened when CoVNC was running.
