Category: Interface Group: v2.0 >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Brendon McLean (brendon9x) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Shift-Space broken Initial Comment: Shift space is not sent working. The server received the "Space" key event without the "Shift" modifier. This is quite a strange bug because shift works with just about every other key. I have tested this on both RealVNC server and TightVNC servers running on two separate boxes. What is very interesting is that VNCViewer for the Mac has exactly the same bug which I think is really odd. I've looked at the source and can't see how this can happen (Is RFBConnection the place I should be looking?). If you have any other ideas about where I could look I would be glad to. This bug is really annoying for remote development with IDEA which uses Ctrl- Shift-Space as the most important key. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: SourceForge Robot (sf-robot) Date: 02/01/06 16:54 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1312539 This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. The operating system eats the cmd-space key before Chicken can receive it, maybe shift-space is similar. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=507159&aid=1350240&group_id=64347 |
