1. Maximize a vnc session's window, so it has no
scrollbars.
2. drag the window to a second display with the same
resolution as the target session.

The window resizes down, which is silly because just
dragging the titlebar offscreen gives back the missing
realestate. There are a few better ways to do this.

1. Never resize down unless the user requests such an
action by pressing the maximize button.

2. Make fullscreen mode notice that a second display is
connected and instead of doing "true" fullscreen mode,
just remove the titlebar and maximize, placing the
window at the origin of the screen it is sitting on.

    Item #2 would be great for me -- it's annoying to have to
    exit fullscreen mode to use an app on my other monitor.
