#210 Trailing White Space in Host Name Prevents Connection

In CotVNC 2.0b4, if the Host field in the VNC Login window has trailing white space then an error "Invalid argument: connect()" will be thrown when a connection is attempted. The error is less than helpful in this circumstance.

If CotVNC stripped leading and trailing white space from host names it would avoid this problem. Perhaps the error message could also be changed so it is a little less cryptic?

I don't want Chicken to get in the business of validating addresses when the system does that for us and will do a better job. However, we can do a better job of recognizing the errors that come back from the failed connect and present the user with a more useful message on why the failure occured.

I think we can probably manage a host = [host stringByTrimmingCharactersInSet: [NSCharacterSet whitespaceCharacterSet]].
