#106 SSH Port is interpreted as a display number

Now that we interpret all port numbers below 100 as display
numbers, we can't use SSH forwarding, since SSH forwarding
requires using port 22. It gets interpreted as a display number,
and the resulting port is 5922.

The only work-around I can think of is to use a non-standard port
for SSH.

We should probably just include SSH forwarding instead of trying
to hack around this.
