when coopnet is used on linux with double click on the jar, the current dir of the runtime is the home directory of the user.
so when the updater is run from inside the client, it extracts the new version inside the home directory of the user, which is wrong ...

to make it behave correctly, we should check inside the updater wether the CoopnetClient.jar is in the current dir of the updater, if not, the user should be prompted to enter the location of coopnet, possibly via filechooser.
