No

I have a dual output video card and when the console
window is on the primary monitor all if fine.

When the window is dragged to the second monitor
(negative area cords -1024 | -1280) the wallpaper
transparency is well not lost but frozen, No updates are
mad on the new position and is basically ugly. The
console also blurs the text as say a ping is running due to
not being updated.

Also on a side not dynamic or changed wallpaper are also
not seen by console and therefor not reloaded and it
keeps the old one.

Thank you, for reading this...

There are problems with fake transparency, I know :)

Unfortunately, I don't have two monitors available at the
    moment...

I'll take a look at handling wallpaper changes...

Actually with explorer.exe as the shell everything is fine.
However I never use Exploere, blackbox(xoblite) is my shell
    which does have this problem

I don't see how's that possible, since things are wrong in
my Explorer shell, as well :)

Please chek out my answer in bug #873727 for a
    (memory-hungry) solution.
