#203 negative voffset counts towards positive window size

When conkyrc has some negative voffset, they are calculated as positive increment to window height, making the window take much unused space. For example, this http://linux-lounge.deviantart.com/gallery/?set=28355889&offset=24#/d54efjx theme would result in a window of 600-800 px height while it actually needs less than 100 PX. The attached patch (hopefully) fixes the problem.
