#4607 Cannot Open Business Partner after Migration

We have recently performed a version migration from 2.6.0a to 2.6.3 and realize that "Business Partner" and "Business Partner Info" window are no longer being able to open with a pop-up saying "Error" without further description alerted.

Please kindly help!

    Had you customized the business partner table/columns before the migration?
    Did you get any errors during the migration?

    Could you provide the output of the following queries in .csv/.xls format

    this was a bug confirmed by Compiere, which I believe has been fixed - please contact Sunny.

    For 1816414 the log file was not uploaded, but based on the description the error was "GridTable.SaveWarning - error - Representive [12]" and only when saving a BP.

    In this SR the error is when opening the window
    ===========> MLookupFactory.getLookup_Table: No Table Reference Table ID=363 [11]

    The output of the queries that you provided shows that the primary key constraints are still using the old naming convention (TABLE_NAME_KEY instead of PK###). This is showing me that the migration did not run successfully on your instance.

    You should run the migration again and review the log file for any errors.
    If after running the migration again from 2.60a to 2.6.3 you are still facing this problem, please upload the migration log file.
