AFTER 2 WEEKS NOW TRYING TO MIGRATE:

2.6.0a to 2.6.1

All role access lost incl client and Gardenworld.

no customization in 2.6.0a

I think we need to make sure new versions are properly tested before we release them.

Again, another week lost with the client and support time.

Please advise as we cannot accept.

    please indicate exactly what happens. When you log in do you get an error?, do not you not get a menu? Do you have the default user or admin access?

    we used "System" to do the "after migration" by the book. can get to the main menu, but no window, process, etc can be accessed due to standard role access error. not even System Administrator role.

    we are really frustrated as there is nothing that we customized.

    please see the posting in the partner forum. There seems to be an issue with the download. After running migration, please run the DatabaseBuild.sql.
    I tested here by installing 2.6.0b and then migrating to 2.6.1. You need to log in the first time as System Admin so the post migration scripts are run. You then may have an issue with role security. Log off and run the DatabaseBuild.sql and all should be ok
