No

When creating a new Client, you may receive the error
message:
MSetup.createClient - Sequences NOT created

Underlaying cause:
ORA-08188: can't serialize access

This occurs in some databases, in others not (not
knowm why). We are creating a fix, which avoids the
issue.

    -----------------------------------------------
    Patch Instructions:
    -----------------------------------------------

    0. Shut down the application server

    1. Drop the trigger AD_Client_Trg
    > sqlplus compiere/password
    SQL> DROP TRIGGER AD_Client_Trg;
    SQL> exit

    2. Replace CClient.jar in Compiere2/lib
Download Revision 1.52 (or later) of CClient.jar and place it in
the directory Compiere2/lib of Release 2.5.1
    http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/compiere/lib/CClient.jar
(note that there may be a delay for all cvs servers to have
    version 1.52)

    3. Execute RUN_setup to distribute the file.

    ---
Please note that CVS head is fully updated (if you build from
source), but that there might be delay in making the change
available on all CVS download servers - could be 24h plus.
