I want to start a process over a button on a window
tab without getting the question "Do you want to
start the process?". Is this possible?

No - you should add a reasonable description and detail
what happens - then you don'y get the fallback question
mentioned. It's part of what is considered a predictable
UI to let people know when there might be a delay.

Sometimes it makes sense, especially if you use it to
popup a window, do some calcs etc. from a window, it is
not to always disable it, only in special scenarios...

Or maybe like other apps do it: "Do Not Display this
    dialog again..."

That doesn't make sense in the sales process you call a
few forms without a question, that would make sense for
processes without parameters, but if a process has a
parameter we could display the info in there. It is an
interrupt in the users workflow as they ask why they
should say okay to open a parameter window, if they could
okay and cancel from there also?

So this would mean to create all these processes as forms
only to be able to reduce an additional interrupt?

From our point it makes sense to not allow this for
processes without parameters, but those with parameters
should be able to run without the additional question.
