#55 Open should default to currently opened directory

I think that the when you open a file using the file
chooser, it would make sense to open the chooser to the
current directory of the comic book file you are
viewing. Generally, if you're reading a comic, the next
one you want to read is probably going to be in the
same directory. If no comic book is opened, comix
should show the previously opened directory like it
currently does.

    Additionally, maybe it would also be good to scroll and
    select the currently opened file? Not sure about this part,

    I can not reproduce the bug with Zip files with a filename
    in an "unknown" character encoding. I did find a bug with
    Zip files that _contains_ files with such filenames though,
    it is fixed in SVN now (as much as it can be fixed).

    Exactly what error message do you get? Can you send me a Zip
    file that causes this behaviour in Comix?
