Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Problems loading linux Initial Comment: Hello, I'm a new learner in the Linux area. I've downloaded coLinux files and installed on my Windows XP but I'm having problems getting started. It seems to load up but the logging in prompt does not show. Please help, what I'm I doing wrong? My PC is not networked. What's the best way to get the Linux working, shared or bridged? Please see attached. I feel I'm half way to get it working but something seem to be wrong. And I keep getting the message Network cable unpluged. May be this is due to the network cable being unpluged, as I don't have a network and may have misunderstood the instructions. Thanking you. eve ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=622064&aid=1221648&group_id=98788 |
