Mine is named colinux.default.xml, not default.colinux.xml.  And I seem 
to remember experienceing this same issue (after the 0.6.2 upgrade, like 
last year?).  I was sure I had not renamed it, but apparently either 
somewhere the docs disagreed with the filename distributed, or I was 
crazy.

I decided I must be crazy.
