install xdm
install wmaker (or your favourite windows manager)
change xdm-config, Xservers and Xaccess

connect via xdmcp,something like 
E:\cygwin\bin\bash.exe -c -l 'run bash -c -l "CYGWIN=server Xwin.exe :1 -query colinux1 -from alimana -dpi 100 -notrayicon -once &" '
if you are using cygwin.
Ask if you got stuck at one point.
