Is there a link on the wiki or elsewhere for building the source code for
mere mortals? I honestly just want to have a gcc 3.4.x ABI system.
mingw32 w/ gcc 3.4.4
LFS + BLFS linux which runs find under colinux using default vmlinux kernel
I can compile a vmlinux kernel fine which boots until I get the mismatch ABI
error colinux gives. So I just need to compile the windows daemons. Two
1. Can this be done fully in linux? There's a section on cross compiling
but I was unaware that this could target ming32-windows exes...? (Do I need
to recompile my gcc to setup cross-compilation if this is possible?)
2. What exactly do I need to download (packages) for my windows environment
to get this recompiled with mingw32 and support utilities (can download
unix-utils, or msys if needed).
2.5. Also, what's this about needing a compiler compiled with itself (can't
use a binary gcc)? Does this apply only for cross-compiing or even for
Thanks for any help on getting this built.
