Latest stable (0.6.1) coLinux is based on a 2.4 kernel (I think it will be
2.6 based in the next release).
So, you first have to make sure FC2 supports 2.4 kernels before thinking
about that (and a fedora group is the right place to ask for this).
If FC2 is solely based on 2.6 kernels, then you have to wait for 0.6.2
I'm not sure if it would be possible to upgrade FC1 to FC2 by yum, or
up2date, or checking individual rpms out of FC2 repository. You might get a
partial upgrade as long as you stay away from kernel upgrade, but I'm not
sure. A fedora group is also the right place to ask for it.

There's a lot of info about that on the wiki pages.
