You need to ask this at linuxquetions.org or on the debian list. You
must bear in mind that debian is just one of the images running in
colinux, and is not itself colinux. Although this may be a bad
comparison, it is maybe similar to the difference between running MS
Windows and Adobe Photoshop, and then asking Microsoft how to use the
"discombobulator" filter/plugin in photoshop.
If the packages are present, then "apt get install webmin" should do
one, and "apt get install majordomo" the other. Apt is very powerful,
and if you wish, you can throw on wajig (highly advisable) or aptitude
for simpler command line interaction.
Please think about how, and whom you are asking your questions,
otherwise people may (and some may already do this) perceive you as
"noise" and add you to their spam/ignore/kill lists.
