I think just setting IPTOS_LOWDELAY will give you the best performance with colinux.

Other options are, by default, good enough.

Did you ever test without options?
For Samba > 3.0 TCP_NODELAY ist the default and SO_RCVBUF and SO_SNDBUF are much larger by default.
